TYRANTS, Book five in the Devils Reign art anthology series has reopened after a lengthy hiatus. The book series is curated by Peter H. Gilmore, High Priest of the Church of Satan, and produced by artist and performer Andy Howl. The CALL TO ARTISTS essay, available on the HOWL BOOKS website (howlbooks.net), lays the foundation for the MALE VILLAINY theme of the new book.
