TYRANTS, Book five in the Devils Reign art anthology series has reopened after a lengthy hiatus. The book series is curated by Peter H. Gilmore, High Priest of the Church of Satan, and produced by artist and performer Andy Howl. The CALL TO ARTISTS essay, available on the HOWL BOOKS website (howlbooks.net), lays the foundation for the MALE VILLAINY theme of the new book. Artists are encouraged to submit all types of mediums to the collection, including paintings, tattoos, illustrations, sculpture and photography. Submissions are open to the public and feature many world famous and infamous artists.
The book features an introduction by series curator Peter H. GIlmore and a foreword by Benediction vocalist and Church of Satan Reverend, David Ingram.
Submissions for TYRANTS will end on July 4th, 2026.
Originally launched in 2023 by producer and publisher Andy Howl, The book was temporarily shelved to allow time for personal legal matters to be resolved. Now in its 10th year, The Devils Reign celebrated at the end of March with a two day event featuring art, music and a Satanic Mass in Tampa.
Past titles for Devils Reign books include the self titled initial release featuring the Infernal Names from The Satanic Bible, Psychedelic Blasphemy, Daikaiju (giant monsters), and All of Them Witches.
TYRANTS is tentatively scheduled for a 2027 release date with a Kickstarter campaign to launch this JULY after submissions end. Book five release parties and art shows are already being planned for both Tampa, FL and Salem, MA upon its arrival.
